7 Easy Steps to Whiter Teeth!

It's Never Been Easier to Whiten your Teeth!

Step 1 - Practice Makes Perfect!

This step is important to perfect before molding the mouth trays. Without placing the water in boiling water, place the tray in your mouth and suck the air out of the tray. When you suck the air out the tray, the tray will fit tighter due to a lack of air this is exactly what you want to feel. You will do the same when you retrieve the trays from the boiling water to contour the tray to the inside surface of your teeth. Do the same procedure with the other tray with your lower teeth, once you are comfortable - continue to the next step.

Step 2 - Just add Water!

Boil a pan of water approximately 4" in depth so that the tray will be immersed keeping the tab above the water. After the water has come to a boil, remove the water from the heat and place the tray in the hot water, but not in the boiling water. Leave in water for 5 seconds, please note the trays become very pliable at this point and will tend to stick together. While the trays are in this state avoid twirling them as it may ruin the natural contour of the tray.

Step 3 - The Fitting

Remove the tray from the water and quickly place the tray around your teeth and suck the air out like you did in Step 1 and hold for around 10 seconds. Do the same for the lower tray. This will mold the tray to the unique shape of your jaw and Teeth.

Step 4 - Dry the Trays

You've made the mold now you need to dry your Teeth with a clean dry cloth making sure to dry both front and back of the teeth.

Step 5 - Bleaching Time!

Brush and floss the Teeth before continuing. Once you've done this, Place a small bead of Gel per Tooth in the frontal portion of the tray for the front 6 - 8 Teeth (approximately 1/4 cc). Be careful not to overload the tray, less is best! Place the tray in your mouth for approximately 30 minutes.

Step 6 - Wipe any Excess Gel

Wipe away any excess Whitening Gel that may be exposed to the gums outside of the tray. Remove tray, rinse, and brush teeth. Clean the trays with cold water before and after each treatment.

Step 7 - Repeat for Best Results!

Repeat the above steps daily until desired results are accomplished. If you experience sensitivity, discontinue use for 2-4 days and try again. The extra tooth sensitivity is a very common side effect to bleaching and is expected so don't be alarmed.
